Position: Travel Support Associate ( Amadeus Must )

  • Voice profile handling Inbound CS & Sales Calls from US customers.
  • Proven work experience as a Travel agent (at least 1 year).
  • Selling Air fare Packages to customers
  • Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries / date change / cancellations.
  • First Call Resolution Dealing with customer queries and complaints

Key Activities:

  • Proven work experience as a Travel agent (at least 1 year) or International BPO 
  • Excellent knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus and Sabre).
  • Strong sales Skills 
  • Ability to Interact, Communicate and Negotiate effectively
